For more than two decades, Chloe has turned nail art into a discipline worth studying. As one of San Antonio’s most established Black nail artists, what started as a local passion has grown into a career that’s carried her across three continents, onto international competition stages, and—twice—onto the winner’s podium at Nailympia, one of the nail industry’s most demanding global championships.

Chloe won her first Nailympia title in 2024—and came back to defend it in 2025, cementing her place among the top nail artists in the country. The back-to-back wins built on an earlier international breakthrough: a first-place finish at the Aero Nikki Competition in Russia in December 2021, a discipline she has trained in for years under master airbrush artists abroad.

Chloe’s approach is old-fashioned in the best sense. In an industry increasingly shaped by fleeting trends and AI-generated inspiration boards, she has built her name on technique—the kind of gel art, blooming gel, and freehand airbrush work that only comes from doing the work, hand after hand, for 22 years. Airbrush in particular is her signature: a technique with roots stretching back to the 1990s, and one she has spent years mastering into an art form few other San Antonio nail artists offer.

That craft is backed by formal training on both sides of the business. Chloe holds her Master Nail Artist certification alongside an MBA—a combination that shows up in the studio as much as the spreadsheet: meticulous technique, paired with a business run with real intention.

Chloe keeps her client book intentionally small. She works Tuesday through Sunday, by appointment, so every set gets the same attention that won her a place on an international podium. It’s a model built for San Antonio clients who want more than a manicure—they want artistry.
