No-shows are blocked permanently. A no-show on a first appointment means no rebooking. If you have a package, a same-day cancellation or no-show uses one of your prepaid visits.

Gel on toes typically wears longer than gel on hands — toes don’t get the same daily abuse. Most clients come in about once a month, which is why the packages are built around ten visits a year.

No. I work with professional gel systems I’ve tested and trust, and I can’t guarantee the wear or the finish on product I didn’t select. My color selection is part of the service.

Yes. Book the Soak Off, either on its own or before your pedicure, so there’s time in the appointment for it. Please don’t pick or peel product off at home — that takes layers of your natural nail with it.

My pedicure services are built around gel. Gel cures instantly, so there’s no dry time and no smudged toes on the drive home, and it holds its shine for weeks instead of days.

No. The suite is private and one-on-one — no guests and no children. It keeps the space calm and the appointment on schedule, and it’s part of what you’re paying for.

Yes, but both services need to be selected when you book so the time is blocked out. Adding a second service after you arrive usually isn’t possible — the next appointment is already scheduled.
